D.F. Srl considers customer satisfaction the key to growth and business continuity.

That is why it is necessary to identify, develop and manage operational and management processes in such a way as to obtain continuously improved results while minimising the need for corrections and rework or complaints from the market.

Product safety and innovation are the company’s strengths, combined with its generational commitment. Over the years, D.F. Srl has constantly pursued a policy focused on structural updating and technological adaptation, aimed at improving, diversifying and enhancing productivity and ensuring high quality in the production and presentation of its work, as required by the pharmaceutical sector.

New solutions for specific customer requirements demonstrate flexibility and passion in a highly technological-engineering sector. Difficulties are stimuli pushing toward the evolution of our team and our computer and mechanical systems.

For this reason the company has decided to undertake the path of implementation of a Quality Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and, consistently with the standard, intends to formalise the strong impetus for continuous improvement.

D.F. Srl regulates the organisational and technical activities applied to the entire company system in a systematic, planned, documented way, aimed at the achievement of the following goals:

  • The continuous improvement of the process management methods for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative results;
  • The achievement of a high level of effectiveness and efficiency with regards to the activities performed, with a focus on achieving a good quality/price ratio and in full compliance with the commitments entered into with its Customers and the binding legal provisions.

The Top Management of the Organisation is committed to pursuing the full realisation and continuous evolution of the Quality Management System in order to consolidate and improve the Company image, also through the commitment and the professionalism of all of its staff.

For D.F. Srl, Quality represents the target and the tool for:

  • Internal and external Customer satisfaction
  • A correct analysis of the context in which the company operates
  • A correct assessment of risks and opportunities
  • The respect, protection and promotion of Safety, Environment and Privacy
  • The minimisation of waste in terms of time, costs and other resources.

D.F. Srl intends to pursue the listed objectives through:

  • Organisation, aimed at preventing non-compliance
  • Service, intended as a quick, professional response to Customer requirements and with a balance between Quality and Efficiency
  • Commitment to the continuous improvement of company Quality Management System effectiveness.

Since in addition to the end Customer there are a series of “entities” within the company, represented by the functions or even by each individual person, each must consider “the other” as their Customer and provide the best service to enable the achievement of company objectives and continuous improvement. Each D.F. Srl employee and collaborator is therefore responsible for the quality of their work also towards other company departments.

It is common knowledge that Quality in its broadest conception also has implications from an economic point of view, in the sense that a lack of Quality manifests itself through higher direct or indirect, overt or covert costs. Moreover, a lack of Quality leads to a deterioration of the corporate image, results and often to a greater risk for Safety, Environment and Privacy. The common objective of the entire structure therefore also becomes minimising non-compliance of services and products.

Everyone plays a leading role in the achievement of corporate Quality, at all stages of the service and product supply process, through effective and efficient application of the Quality Management System and the continuous improvement of operating methods, knowledge and experience.

Management considers this Policy as a reference framework for the management of its Quality System and for the annual definition and review of its specific objectives.

The Policy is disseminated to all D.F. Srl employees and is made available to the remaining Interested Parties.
