The type of products supplied by D.F. Srl essentially covers all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, where it is necessary to combine the precision, reliability and performance of a normal mechanical design with the quality of materials and finishes and the safety and sterility of operation.

Our production includes linear washing machines, rotary washing machines. depyrogenation tunnels, and more.

The ability to clean all parts and the minimal maintenance required are also essential, as is operational flexibility, when containers of different sizes and types of material are required and maximum simplicity in adapting to different processes is a priority.

The customised production of the equipment also allows it to be fully dimensioned in accordance with the customer’s requirements, the maximum adaptability to the available space and the completion of the supply with all supporting accessories, for an effective turnkey supply.

In this section we present our washing systems for bottles, vials, ampoules, both with linear and rotary machines, which can be sized according to the type of container and the production required, and our laminar flow sterilisation tunnels, which are also designed with a modular design aimed at optimising the installation with the actual production requirements.
