The system is composed by very few elements and it is usually installed in environments with controlled contamination by fixing it directly on a wall.

The main tank, containing the sanitizing product, is pressurised with compressed air at 2 bar so that to supply the dosing tank by pressure.

The dosing tank is designed to internally keep a constant level of product, assuring that the compressed air flowing in the needle can, by Venturi effect, to withdraw a known quantity of product.

The spraying effect is obtained from the mixing of two opposed product flows on the needle edge. dry-fog scheme

The system is based on units connected as described above, but mounted on a tray AISI 304 provided of wheels.

The functioning principle is as already described, but the two pressure reducers installed on the main tank allow the operator to directly connect the compressed air from the plant supply at 7 bar.

The system in the standard version DO NOT include any automation, the cycle has to be controlled by connecting the compressed air and then disconnecting it.

The relative humidity and the cycle time shall be then controlled by systems not included in the supply, usually availables in the rooms to be sanitisized. (See eventually the available options)

The tray dry-fog supply include:
- Tray AISI 304 with 4 turning wheels whose 2 with brake.
- Main tank for the sanitizing product.
- Dry-Fog unit (dosing tank + needle).
- No. 2 pressure reducers.
- Fast fitting for the plant compressed air with control valve.
- Die for product loading.
